We advise and represent local and international clients before the Maltese Courts and in arbitration proceedings before the Malta Arbitration Centre on cross-border maritime claims, including, ownership, sale and purchase, enforcement of foreign mortgages, charterparties, bill of lading, cargo claims, collisions and marine casualties, salvage, pollution and environmental damage, and crew disputes as well as the preparation of application for the issuance of precautionary measures against vessels physically present in or registered in Malta, including, ship arrest and section 37A injunctions and drafting of judicial acts in connection with the enforcement of foreign judgements and arbitration awards against vessels or registered owners present or incorporated in Malta.

We are also retained to assist clients on Court approved private sale of vessels proceedings as well as attendance and participation at auctions for the judicial sale of vessels and yachts in Malta.
