We assist and advice international financing institution on project/asset financing, including, the review, vetting of financial and security documentation, transactional and pledging agreements; drafting of corporate authorities and letters of guarantee; drafting of mortgage recitals; registration, amendments, and discharge of Maltese statutory mortgages; legal opinion on the enforceability of Maltese statutory mortgages and other security instruments governed by Maltese law. We also advise and assist clients on the enforcement of foreign mortgages or other security registered over foreign vessels present in Malta.
