We are retained to advise and assist on the drafting of terms and conditions of standard sale and purchase contracts and sale agreements, personal guarantees, title of the vendors, registered encumbrances, sellers’ warranties and indemnities and VAT status of yachts or pleasure crafts. We work closely with our correspondent law firms and intermediaries in various yachting jurisdictions with a view to coordinate the various stages of an international sale and purchase transaction, including, registration of the yacht on her delivery to the buyers, deletion of the yacht from the Malta Register of Shipping following completion of the sale transaction, registration of mortgages over yachts. We also provide ancillary services including crew payroll, drafting and vetting of crew agreements and tax compliance of the sale and purchase transaction.
